Originally from Fairfax, Virginia. Shanell was a Top Colorist and Stylist at PR Partners, and became a corrective color specialist educator for the company. She went on to do multiple make over shows in the Washington DC area for several women's foundations. Over the last twenty years Shanell has worked with Toni and Guy, Wella, Vidal Sassoon in order to achieve advancement in her career. Color is her speciality - rich reds, vibrant blondes, multiple levels, and high contrast colors. Her abilities will keep you coming back time and again.

With 15 years of experience, I am a licensed Esthetician and the Founder of Skincare Signature, established in 2022. My passion for skincare drives me to help clients look and feel their best through a variety of treatments, including facials, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and microneedling. I began my career at Birmingham Cosmetic Surgery in Michigan, managing pre- and post-operative skincare, and continued to evolve my expertise in Florida by collaborating with local Doctors and MedSpas. Launching Skincare Signature allowed me to blend technical knowledge with a personalized touch to offer high-quality, tailored care. As a licensed Esthetician in both Michigan and Florida, I strive to combine traditional techniques with innovative trends. Outside of work, I enjoy DIY projects, decorating, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.

Born and raised in Tampa, Florida, Nick has worked in the industry for over 30 years as a hair instructor, stylist, and successful salon owner, Nick's specialty is hair. He focuses not only on technical skill, but creativity as well, working to find the best style that suits his client's needs and lifestyle. He also has a gift for developing close relationships with his clients, You will leave the salon looking your best and feeling taken care of, each and every visit.

I have had a passion for the beauty industry my whole life and have been working as a licensed cosmetologist for the last 15 years. As the proud owner of Crown & Comb I specialize in all things hair! From working with Redken color to being certified with Brazilian Blowout and Dreamcathchers hair extentions. I also love designing formal hair and airbrush makeup for weddings and events as well as working with photographers for personalized photoshoots. I look forward to meeting you!
